PAULA BOKAMPER, LPC


Paula is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received a master’s degree in Education from the University of Houston.  She also received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Houston.  Paula has over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field.  Paula worked at the MHMRA of Harris County (the community mental health system) for 8 years primarily working with adults who have chronic and persistent mental illnesses in an outpatient setting.  Her primary clinical focus at MHMRA was in assessment, treatment planning and case management.  Paula worked at United Behavioral Health/Optum for 10 years.  During her tenure at UBH/Optum, she gained experience in program development and implementation, medical-behavioral integration, telephonic coaching, management of employees, quality assurance, data management, training and utilization management.
